A brief description of our positions follows, and applicants are encouraged to call to find out which positions may be available. All positions may be available as full or part-time unless otherwise noted. All positions require the ability to lift 50lbs without assistance and to work outdoors in all seasons. Infant Caregiver Responsible for the daily care, feeding and edutainment of up to 4 infants, 6 weeks to 18 months of age.

Lead Teacher: 

Previous experience teaching in a pre-school and lesson planning required. Independently responsible for the care of a class of children ages 12 months up to 5 years (class size varies based on age of children). Responsible for the completion and execution of daily lesson plans including art, science, language, math, gross motor, fine motor, sensory and music development.

After School Teacher: 

Generally a part time afternoon position working with Kindergarten through 5th grade students. Provide assistance with homework, initiate indoor and outdoor games, monitor rotation of students through computers and develop a monthly calendar of activities. Full time work available during holidays and summer for truly exceptional After School teachers.

Substitute / Teacher-in-Training: 

May work as a co-teacher / trainee as well as substitute for Lead Teachers. While not responsible for completion of lesson plans, must be able to follow a plan when substituting and must attend training to learn to complete age appropriate plans. Communication skills, flexibility and high level initiative required to remain in this position and be considered for a Lead Teacher position.

Administrative: 

Workers include Receptionist, Administrative Assistant, Assistant Director, Curriculum Coordinator and Director positions. All Administrative workers are trained and required to work within the classrooms as needed and must exhibit a high level of professionalism as well as computer and communication skills. While these positions are not frequently available, we will always consider highly qualified candidates interested in joining our team.
